It's been nearly a year now.... I've been on a drawings forum. There is tiny challenge every two weeks and other long time challenges, competitions, contests... As in my current study I don't really work my drawing skill it was a good way to keep the drawing trained and eventually improve it... Not very sure that last part help much, I feel my drawings skill very shaky and low actually... It has morally be a hard year for me to handle... But on a positive note, through this forum I had the ocasion to try out diffrent type of drawing/colorization/line works... That I would normally never try. I have nothing to loose by trying, and even though I feel pretty bad right now, stop drawing ain't gonna help at all.

Soooo here are a few experiments ( or not) Feel free to leave a constructive comment! :)

 

Exhibition 2014

Soooooo it's the end of the year, tomorrow is my "Jury" A group of five artists is going to come and evaluate my work while I try to defend it. This Wall is the space I had to put some of my year work.
At first the pics on the right should have been framed in old fashion Baroque glod frames. Due to various reason it didn't happen. My year theme was "Martyr" . ( there is also other work on different themes) I've placed my work in a symbolic way, they have been made/thought to work together in a certain way. Usually the pain/martyrdom is down and the elevation phase are up. anyway I'm blabbering about this as I just learn that my teachers seems to have decided to change the arrangement while I wasn't there. I'm definitely not very happy about it but let's hope they kept in mind the symbolic importance of the component of my work.... I was confident about defending my work till I was told that... So if you have some spare time tomorrow... take some time to send me luck/bravery...

I'll post more stuff starting next week as the final rush is finally nearly over! :)
